1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" — The pg1x2 website accessible at https://pg1x2.cam, including all associated sub-pages, betting interfaces, live casino environments, lottery markets, and mobile-browser interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" — Any individual who has registered a verified account on the pg1x2 Platform and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3.
• "Account" — The personal betting account opened by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which pg1x2 accounts are denominated and transactions are processed.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — Any monetary stake placed by a Player on any market offered by pg1x2, including sports betting (1X2, Asian handicap, Over/Under, mix parlay), live casino games, togel (lottery) markets, and slot games.
• "Bonus Funds" — Credits awarded to a Player as part of a promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements and not cashable until those requirements are met.
• "Real Money Balance" — Funds deposited directly by the Player and/or won through settled bets, excluding Bonus Funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification process, including submission of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP), proof of address, and selfie verification as detailed in Clause 5.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — Any country or territory in which accessing or using the pg1x2 Platform is illegal under applicable local law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on pg1x2, making any deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that:

1. You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
2. You have read and accept the pg1x2 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
3. You have read and accept the pg1x2 Responsible Gaming Policy, which is also incorporated by reference.
4. You are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and in Indonesia (21 years or older).
5. You are not acting on behalf of any other person, business entity, or third party in accessing the Platform.

pg1x2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via their registered contact method.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on pg1x2, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pg1x2 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds returned to the deposit source.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. pg1x2 does not accept registrations from certain regions where online gambling is expressly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or associate of pg1x2 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be a person who has been previously excluded from pg1x2 under a self-exclusion request or a platform-initiated ban.

4 Account Registration

Registration on pg1x2 is subject to the following rules:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) pg1x2 account. Opening multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. pg1x2 reserves the right to verify any information you provide at any time.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify pg1x2 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
• pg1x2 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for refusal.
• Account registration is free of charge. pg1x2 does not charge any registration or membership fee.

5 KYC Verification

All accounts on pg1x2 are subject to mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before withdrawals are processed. The verification process typically requires:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) or valid passport. The document must be current and clearly legible.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri), or official government document issued within the last 90 days showing your current residential address.
• Selfie verification: A photograph of the account holder holding their photo ID alongside their face, confirming that the account owner matches the submitted documents.
• Payment method verification: In some cases, pg1x2 may request confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of an OVO or DANA account showing the registered name).

KYC review typically completes within 1–24 hours. During the review period, deposits and betting activity may continue; however, withdrawals will not be processed until verification is confirmed. pg1x2 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

6 Deposits

All deposits to a pg1x2 account are subject to the following terms:

• Deposits are accepted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions.
• Supported deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded. Accounts receiving third-party deposits may be suspended pending investigation.
• pg1x2 does not charge deposit processing fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees; these are beyond pg1x2's control.
• Deposit transactions are typically credited to your pg1x2 account instantly. In rare cases involving bank maintenance windows (typically 23:00–01:00 WIB), a delay of up to 30 minutes may occur.
• pg1x2 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be satisfactorily verified or that is associated with fraudulent activity.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a pg1x2 account are subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawals are only available to fully KYC-verified accounts. Unverified accounts may deposit and bet but cannot withdraw.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the pg1x2 account. pg1x2 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum daily withdrawal for fully verified accounts under standard processing; high-value withdrawals may be subject to enhanced review.
• pg1x2 aims to process standard bank withdrawals within 15–60 minutes during business hours. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically faster. Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed during bank maintenance periods.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only Real Money Balance and fully wagered bonus-converted funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• pg1x2 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending a fraud or compliance review. The player will be notified if this occurs and the review target completion time will be communicated.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers available on pg1x2 are subject to the following general terms. Specific promotions may have additional terms published alongside the individual offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully registered pg1x2 accounts. Players who have self-excluded or who have been identified as suspected of bonus abuse are not eligible for promotional offers.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a minimum 10x wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as Real Money Balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless a different timeframe is specified in the promotion's individual terms. Unmet wagering requirements expire after this period.
• Bonuses credited to your account are applied to your bonus balance. Real Money Balance is used for wagers first; Bonus Funds are applied once Real Money Balance reaches zero.
• pg1x2 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that abuse or exploitation of the promotional structure has occurred.
• Players found to be systematically exploiting promotional offers — including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated bet hedging, or artificial wagering patterns — will have bonuses forfeited and may face account suspension.
• The Welcome Bonus (first-deposit match) is available once per eligible new account. Repeat registration to claim a second Welcome Bonus is considered fraud.

9 Betting Rules

9.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on pg1x2 are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is considered accepted only once it has been confirmed by the pg1x2 system and a bet reference number has been issued to the player.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding on both the player and pg1x2, except in cases of manifest error (e.g., an obviously incorrect price resulting from a technical fault).
• pg1x2 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at a manifestly incorrect price or on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• pg1x2 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, account, or event at its discretion.

9.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on pg1x2 — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and AFF Cup fixtures — follow standard international sports betting rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be successful; a single void or lost selection collapses the entire accumulator. Asian handicap and voor bola (goal-line) rules follow standard Asian handicap conventions.

9.3 Togel (Lottery) Rules

Togel (toto gelap, Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results on pg1x2 are sourced from the official results of internationally recognized lottery pools (Singapore Pools, HKJC, Sydney). In the event of a dispute over a draw result, the official result published by the relevant pool authority is final. pg1x2 bears no responsibility for draw result discrepancies caused by the originating pool authority.

9.4 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games streamed on pg1x2 via Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi are governed by the rules published within each individual game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, pg1x2 will settle the bet according to the game provider's published disconnection policy.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pg1x2 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on pg1x2 for any purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including false date of birth or identity.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from a confirmed software error may be voided.
• Money laundering or using pg1x2 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Any activity that constitutes cheating, fraud, or criminal conduct under applicable law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pg1x2 Platform — including but not limited to the pg1x2 name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the property of pg1x2 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, modify, transmit, or distribute any pg1x2 content without prior written permission from pg1x2.

12 Privacy & Data

pg1x2 collects and processes player personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on pg1x2, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support, subject to the provisions of applicable law and these Terms.

13 Responsible Gaming

pg1x2 is committed to responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players via the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Set automatic logout timers to manage the length of individual betting sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive regular session summaries showing time played and net profit or loss.
• Self-Exclusion: Request voluntary exclusion for 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. Once initiated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the stated period ends.

14 Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
• Any failure of the Platform due to causes beyond pg1x2's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, bank processing failures, force majeure events, natural disasters, government action, or third-party service provider failures.
• Any loss arising from your use of an account that has been compromised due to your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance on information presented on the Platform that is not directly related to a confirmed bet settlement.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pg1x2's total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

15 Account Suspension & Termination

pg1x2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Suspected multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitating account closure.
• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure).

In the event of account closure for confirmed Terms breach, pg1x2 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance. In all other closure scenarios, undisputed Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

16 Amendments to These Terms

pg1x2 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pg1x2 will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. For registered players, we will additionally provide notice via in-app notification or to the registered email address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pg1x2 holds its international operating license. In the event of any dispute arising between you and pg1x2 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following procedure applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first contact pg1x2 support and allow a reasonable period (not less than 14 calendar days) for the dispute to be resolved informally.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution fails, you may escalate the matter to a formal complaint by contacting support in writing. pg1x2 will respond in writing within 14 business days.
3. Arbitration: If the formal complaint process does not resolve the dispute, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where immediate intervention is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
